Heating maintenance. Performed a thorough inspection of the heating system, ensuring all components were functioning properly. After cleaning the filters and checking the thermostat, I detected no issues and confirmed the system was running efficiently.
Just finished a heater repair in Glen Ridge, NJ! Fixed a problem with a York LX Series gas furnace. I discovered a malfunctioning blower motor. I replaced the motor in about 2 hours to ensure optimum working and consistent heat production. Completed a thorough system check for any other faults. The heating system is currently in great shape.
